January is cold. But not really that cold, despite her attire.
A happy girl heads off to her first day of school this year, with a new spotty backpack.
Party time, and all these ladies got their skates on.
Dancing on ice can take it out of you though...
...see what I mean?
Lily was first to wish Edith a happy birthday, at their early morning run.
Then pursuing her new found love of football, Lily became a Sea, Sea, Seasider!
She attended her first ever live match, supporting Southend at Roots Hall.
This is Sammy The Shrimp.
Lily even got this programme signed (though we're not entirely sure by whom).
We took some time choosing the right one.
So much so that it was dark by the time we finally got it. Not that it stopped Lily from trying it out.
She was back for more next day.
Here's her new pair of goalie gloves, ready for the start of the game.
And here's her hot chocolate, ready for the end of the game.
Lily picked some cool stuff for her and Mummy's home spa day.
We had one final flutter of snow.
Then things finally warmed up.
Like got back on her bike.
And look how healthy we're starting the year. From avocados...
...to fresh pineapples.
