Then a bit of a milestone. We sat up late on Sept 30th and treated ourselves to Midnight cheesburgers, ready to apply for Sixth Form the second it clicked over into Oct 1st.
Disappointingly, the system didn't switch over on the stroke of Midnight. But by 7am next morning...
