Easter eggstravaganza.

April kicked off with a night out (in) at the home cinema.

We screened a bit of Disney magic on our chimney. I could tell you what the movie was. But I'm sorry blondie, I don't do backstory.

Easter Sunday began with bunny bottoms.

Before turning into the traditional egg hunt.

And ending with an egg-shaped Alexaaaaa.

Mummy and Lily got handy in the garden and built a new place to go for a drink at the end of the day. Even if the barman doesn't look all that pleased to see us.

It's yet another lovely space to enjoy right here at home.

Looks like some of Daddy's genes are kicking in.

We enjoyed another evening of bowling.

Then Lily went to Specsavers and got some stylish new facial furniture.

She looks even cleverer now.

As restrictions eased, Lily was able to spend some time meeting up with her friends.

Then we decided it was finally time for the trampoline to go. Lily has made the most of it for years, but now we wanted to reclaim a bit more of the lawn.

So we had to dig it out, remove all the weeds that had grown under it and remove all the bits and pieces.

Which involved quite a bit of heavy lifting.

Again, we don't even need to phone out for the best takeaway in town.

At last, Lily could get back to Primani.

She bought some cheap 'Converse' and turned them into a fashion design project.

Daddy got even older.

Mummy and Lily made this amazing Boba Fett cake. This is the way (to make a showstopper).

We went for a long, long, lonnnngggg walk in the sunshine.

Then came home for a Gilmore Girls-style Chinese buffet with enough leftovers to feed us later in the week.

Nanny Rachel sent Lily a Terry Pratchett book in Spanish. Scribbadibba.

Then we might just have invented the greatest dish known to humankind - sausagemeat lava fries.

We went out for essentials. We came back with Pez.

Lily got herself off to school, locking the house up and letting us know she was all okay.

And after months, we were able to do a bit of garden visiting, meeting up with Nanny Rachel (then Papa Jack and Suzie).

Sadly, the weather turned on us by the time we got to Sheringham. But Lily found a blanket in Mr50 to keep her warm. Even if it looks like she just wandered out on the street from a hospital...
