New year, new adventures.

So the first adventure of note was a Sunday Lazer Quest.

We suited up and stalked around a dark maze, picking off our opponents and zapping their home bases. It was a lot of fun (in fact, it was surprising how much Mummy and Lily enjoyed it).

Going back to school gives a big girl a big appetite.

And it's tiring for all concerned.

Nana Suzy and Papa Jack came to look after Lily while Mummy was building her new shop. A little more about that later.

We all had a lovely week together, finished off with our usual visit to the Oasis for special weekend breakfast.

Time to say goodbye.

Lily made a new cosy corner, squeezed in between the armchair and the bookshelf.

So, as mentioned, Mummy had been working very, very hard all week.

So when she was finished, it was time for a well earned home spa day.

Finally, Lily's school took part in an exciting project to create an anti bullying song. Lily contributed to the lyrics and is one of the voices singing the chorus. It should play if you click below.
