It was a lovely day and Lily wore a lovely garland of flowers in the garden.
Mummy and Charlie and Lily enjoyed the sunshine (while Daddy hid indoors).
She's getting a lot better on her bicycle.

Part of Lily's homework was to create a Roman costume. With a liiiiiitttttle help from Mummy of course.
Suitably attired, Lily's class gave an informative assembly.

As a second part of her homework, Lily created this Roman Newspaper scroll. It had an interview with Caesar, an advertisement, a word search and even a sports report - Lion 10, Gladiators 1.
Now this is an advancement in technology. She used to fall asleep with an open book in her hands...
