Going halves.

It's half term. Before heading off on a week of adventures, Lily showed off all the amazing work she's been doing since the start of the year.

As she'd been a very, very good girl, with her schoolwork and helping out at home, we thought Lily deserved a special present. Looks like we chose the right reward.

Of course, there was the small matter of Valensday time. Two lucky lads were the recipients of our young lady's favours...

...and when she got home, a secret admirer had put something through the door.

OoooooooOOOOOoooooh!

Naturally the Valentine fairy paid a visit.

Big love all round.

This is what happens when Daddy is allowed to do the clothes shopping. And probably a good indication of why he isn't allowed to do it all that often.

And here's a close up Mummy took.

As mentioned, Lily set off for a week away. First up, pancakes at Nanny's.

And ice cream with cousin Daisy.

A little something for Granddad (Papa got one as well). Daddy said it was most appropriate as the Canaries are so often getting Hama'd.

Then Lily explored the Sea Life World.

And made a new friend in Sienna.

We're reliably informed that when Frozen was on, it was the quietest Lily had been all week.

A special cake for the birthday boy.

Lily was most keen to help Papa unwrap his presents.

She got all dressed up for a birthday lunch.
 Here's a lovely group shot.

The gang's all here in this quick group selfie.

We missed Lily very much while she was away but she had such a lovely time and was sad to leave everyone behind. Her final word - "I duppose you dink dat's fuddy!"
