Ballet good show.

Emergency dentist alert. Lily had half a tooth fall out and we had to head over to the late night surgery to get it patched up. Not something the tooth fairy can turn into a pearl now, though.

November the fifth, Lily tried some indoor fireworks.

Then went outside with the last of the sparklers.

Nanny Rachel came for her birthday weekend. There was chicken pie and chocolate cake.

And a Sunday stroll along Shoeburyness beach. Although it was chilly, there wasn't a breath of wind to fly Lily's kite.

So Lily made the best of it and went shell hunting instead.

On Children In Need day, everyone went to school in whatever they wanted. Which was exactly the same thing for these two ladies. Lily decided to donate her tuck money to the cause, which was very sweet.

Due to a printing error on the back of this year's school Christmas cards, Lily has turned into a country music starlet.

Thanks to Papa Jack and Nana Suzie, Lily was off to school bright and early while Mummy was away.

Her ballet lessons are coming along well.

Daddy had to have emergency bun training to fix Lily's hair. Because at ballet, if you don't have a bun, you'll get done.

Daddy cheated a bit, just to make sure it lasted the whole lesson.

Then it was Lily's turn to give Daddy a lesson in time for Strictly.
