Ess-six.

Sitting in the window whiling away the hours until her special day.

This is the smallest guitar Daddy owns. It's still a bit big for Lily but it doesn't stop her rocking out.

And finally, the big day arrived. Lily got us up at (appropriately) 6am, and found a big pile of prezzies waiting.

She even had a special breakfast muffin.

What's more, Mummy made sure she could even see the celebrations from as far away as school...

Someone is in need of some extra support...

...and here's why.
Another present was a brand new scooter (and a squishy princess).

For a special birthday tea, we all met for fish and chips on the beach.

The family has a crush on Daddy.

Here's the birthday girl.

One of these two is a birthday princess.

On Saturday, Daddy made some pies and cakes ready for Sunday. Lily made Mummy out of the leftover pastry.

Today was the day of the official party.

Just to make sure everyone got the message...

Aunty Laura came along.

There was sliding and climbing and skating...

...not to mention Leo the lion.

A lot of Lily's friends came to wish her many happy returns.

There was even a My Little Pony cake.

And the odd photo opportunity or two.

Then back at home, Lily enjoyed a quiet makeover with yet another present.

Happy sixth birthday, gorgeous girl. x
