Christmas style.

Sit back, because this one's got a lot to pack in. As school term ended, Lily was part of a dance show that she'd been training for in dance class.

And we received an invitation to Tom and Laura's wedding. Which is one of Lily's first official design commissions.

Then, there was the small matter of the Nativity. This year, Lily was a reindeer.

Her class sang 'Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer'. Gangnam style.

Then, as is traditional, we loaded up the car for our annual tour of Norfolk.

But for someone, Christmas just wasn't coming soon enough.

There was much cheekiness while we waited for Santa.

Plus, of course, a Christmas Eve party at Nanny Maureen's. With a guest appearance by cousin Daisy.

Somebody must have been a VERY good girl.

Seconds later, this picture was a blizzard of torn wrapping.

Here's a Merida doll.

And here's... a load of other stuff.

The exertion of unwrapping all those prezzies took its toll and Lily Boo enjoyed a siesta en route to Grandad Benny's.

Here's a happy Christmas snap.

We all enjoyed a lovely piled up plate of Christmas dinner.

Then, there were even more presents.

A lucky girl got an iPod, complete with speaker, pre-loaded with some of her favourite songs. It was a real Christmas moment when she just sat there singing along, oblivious to anything else.

Lily also got a very Christmassy onesie. Here she is modelling it, perched on Daddy's aching shoulders.

Speaking of Daddy's aching shoulders...

Time for another rest.

On to Papa Jack and Nana Suzie.

Has Santa dyed his beard red?

Just in case we forget what was important to Lily when she was five, here it all is in black and white.

She certainly knows how to strike a pose for the camera.

More presents?! Lily took her new scooter out for a spin.

Even the filthy Boxing Day weather couldn't dampen her enthusiasm.

Here come the flypast.

Lily Boo sports a funk pair of luminous specs, given to her by Aunty Laura.

And the morning of the 27th, Lily was out on the scooter again.

Then there was just time for a flying visit to Aunty Jackie's and it was time to head home, with Christmas over for another year. Or was it...?
